Don’t complicate it in this crazy world. Just follow the fundamentals.
One boring rule: 15 undervalued, profitable US companies, valued from their own SEC filings and re-checked every trading day. When one stops qualifying, members get an email with what the model sold and what replaced it.

What $200,000 did by simply following the rule
15 companies the rule holds
Three boring steps, no forecasts
Screen the fundamentals
Every trading day each company is valued from its own SEC filings. To qualify it needs 20%+ upside to model value, a top-half quality score, real profits and cash flow, net debt under 3.5× operating income, and no cyclical peak.
Watch the filings
New 10-Qs and 10-Ks refresh a company's numbers within the hour. Every 13F is parsed too: 3,023 so far for 2026-09-30, so you see which funds are buying and selling.
Act only on the rule
Hold the top 15, equal weight. Sell when a company reaches fair value (under 5% upside) or its quality, profits or balance sheet break. Rebalance when a weight drifts ±25%.

Plainly answered
Is this investment advice?
No. This is research only: a published model portfolio from a fixed rule, identical for every member. It doesn't know your situation, taxes or goals. Decide for yourself or with an adviser.
Why boring?
Because the rule doesn't react to headlines. It only changes its mind when a company's own filings or price change the numbers. Many weeks there is nothing to do, and that's the point.
How often will I get emails?
Only when the portfolio changes (buys, sells, rebalances) and when notable funds file their 13Fs.
Where does the data come from?
SEC EDGAR: XBRL company facts from 10-Qs and 10-Ks, and every 13F information table, parsed hourly. Prices are daily closes.
What makes it sell?
Reaching fair value (upside under 5%), quality dropping below 0.4, losses, negative cash flow, net debt above 4.5× EBIT, or a cyclical at peak margins.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Be boring. Get rich slowly.
One rule, fifteen companies, an email when something changes. Nothing else.
